AT - Slowly coming back

The swing set, it was the place she first meet him. The boy who she had slowly began to develop feelings for. Mira sat down and closed her eyes, only recently had her memories returned. But soon it became clear, that dream she had when she first moved in with her aunt was of this swing set and the little boy who accepted her was Gaara. Her eyes opened and she saw as the Kazekage of the village was in the swing next to her.

"Gaara?! What are you doing here?" Mira asked.

Gaara looked at the girl next to him. "This place means a lot to me."

"I know...Gaara, I've begun to remember my past...and I remembered being here with another little boy who treated me like a friend even thou he hurt me." Mira answered as she looked at him. "But....I can't remember his face."

Gaara created a small hand made of sand as it began to push Mira on the swing. Mira's eyes widened as she looked over at the young man who had became the Kazekage for the Village Hidden in the Sand, but she saw him as that little boy from that day. "Gaara...the little boy was you!" 

A soft smile appeared on his face as he nodded, "Yes, you were one of the only people to ever treat me as a friend. When you disappeared I felt like I lost a part of me."

Mira blushed as she listened to Gaara.

"I had lost my friend, but know I have her back." Gaara finished as he got to his feet. "Mira how about we get some food?"

Mira nodded a smile appeared on her face as well. "Of course!"

Mira sat down at a small table a dango in her hand as Gaara sat down across from her a dango in his hand as well. Gaara took his first bite before he spoke again, "Have you remembered anything else."

She looked down slightly, "Only bits and pieces, but since you allowed me to return to Sunagakure I've been have them come back. Slowly but they are." She lifted up her head and a smile was on her face. "Thank you Gaara."

Gaara smiled, "You were my first friend, I'm glad to have you back." Mira smiled as the pair got to their feet, "I need to get back to work, but maybe we can meet up tomorrow."

Mira nodded, "I would love that."
